The 2026 National STEM Festival drew 2,861 attendees over three days in Washington, DC (June 25–27) — anchoring a nationwide STEM Week of 250 independently led events across all 50 states.

2,505 general-admission attendees registered via Eventbrite, plus 356 VIP and conference attendees via Luma. Eventbrite attendees alone came from 35 states plus DC, 186 cities, and 8 countries. Counting the home states of student presenters, the Festival drew participants from 44 of the 50 states, plus DC and 3 U.S. territories.

During STEM Week 2026, 250 free and low-cost events were independently planned and led in person across all 50 states, with online programming extending participation nationwide. The Festival's 52 student exhibitors represented 45 states and territories.

Senior audience, real policy reach
The VIP & Media Showcase and "STEM in Practice: AI in the Real World" convened 205 professional guests, of whom 64 held executive-level titles (President, C-suite, Founder, Executive Director, VP, or Director). The events also drew 25 government-affiliated guests — 14 federal-agency officials and 11 congressional offices in attendance — while 55 congressional offices engaged through outreach on their student exhibitors.
